Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use apply to how you use connectedkey.living and the services Connectedkey Concrete provides through it. When you browse the site, phone the number shown or send a form, you agree to these terms. This page is a general template and not legal advice.

What We Do

Connectedkey Concrete offers referral and marketing services. We link homeowners with independent concrete contractors. We do not pour, finish, stamp, seal or install concrete. We are also not a party to any contract between you and a contractor.

Contractors Are Independent

The contractors you are matched with run their own businesses. Each one is solely responsible for its estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, direct or control them. We make no promise about when they are available, how they work or what results they deliver.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

General Information, Not Advice

What you read on this site is general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures, not quotes, and they change from job to job. Confirm the details with a qualified contractor and your local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, interfere with how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Phone Calls and Messages

By phoning us or sending a form, you agree that we, and the contractor we connect you with, may reach you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. If you want the contact to stop, email contact@connectedkey.living at any time.

Ownership of Site Content

The words and design of this site belong to Connectedkey Concrete or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without our permission.

Limits on Our Liability

To the extent the law permits, Connectedkey Concrete is not responsible for any loss or damage that arises from using this site, from a contractor's services or from any agreement between you and a contractor. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
